Iam Praveen G from Velachery. I have a Sony Trinitron (21 Inches) television at my home. The same was purchsed in the year 2000. Till now the televison was working fine and we did not have any problem. On 5th Oct \'09 we had a problem with our television (when the TV is switched ON, the power light blinks and the picture doesn\'t come up) and I had searched in Google for the SONY TV service center\'s and found the below service center from google.

I had called them and an engineer named Gurumoorthy came to our home and had took the Printed Circuit Board from the TV on 7th Oct \'09 and had repaired it and fixed it back to our TV on 10th Oct \'09. The engineer charged us INR 1450.00 on 10th and we were not given a bill as well. When I asked him for the bill he told me that bill will be sent through courier once he hand over the cash to the accounts department.

When we had given the PCB to him on the first day we checked with him whether he was from SONY authorised service center and he had confirmed us that he was from SONY. Now again we are facing the same problem with our television and again we had to call the service centre and they are not giving proper response now.

What do I do now as I do not have any proof that Spark Electronics had repaired my TV PCB. What step can I or SONY can take against Spark Electronics. Pls reply back and advise.
