Dear Sir / Madam,
This is out of sheer frustration and anguish that I am forced to write to you!
SONY BRAVIA TV SPEAKER (Right Side) IS NOT WORKING FROM THE VERY BEGINNING
I have been following up with Sony India call centre and have been given numerous assurances that I would receive the callback from the concerned department but nothing has happened so far. I have all the call records and transcripts of the conversation with Sony Call Centre representatives available with me.
I am highly irritated with the service quality. And how can such a reputed company make repeated mistakes? I also Demand to know the status of my previous complaint lodged with you.
I demand my SONY BRAVIA to be replaced with a new vaio in the next few days. If not I would be forced to file a legal notice through the Consumer court under The consumer Protection Act of 1986.
Along with this I would also Send out a Legal Notice for Repeated Mental Harassment caused by the service Center and the sony corporation.
Also I would Leverage the media - online/print a run story and inform the general public on how pathetic it is to be associated with BRAVIA -Sony Corporation. Along with this
I have been following up twice a day for my rights as a consumer but no one in Sony India has batted an eyelid. They are still silent. It takes just 1 instance of such behavior from a well known brand like Sony to dampen the reputation and lose trust in the brand.
Please consider this as my last request to you to deliver what is rightfully owed to us by replacing our TV immediately or I would have no other choice but to take legal recourse.
I would appreciate your acknowledgment and early reply.
