hello sir my name is pranjal pandey i live in rampur i have a 53 cm Sony Flat television Model No. kv-g21pd1,Serial NO.0732453 now it is like only a plastic box for me just because of your repairing service.i have complaint against Sony Authorized service Center named Tara Communications 398,civil line. Near Wilsonia college Moradabad(u.p)
matter is this that- my television was not working properly i went to moradabad Sony Authorized service Center Tara Communications 398,civil line. Near Wilsonia college Moradabad(u.p) they register my complaint and told me that we will send an engineer to your city.after few days an engineer comes to my home named Girdhar Bisht he check my TV and told me that your television board is not working properly i have to repair it on service center he took my television circuit board with him and he gave me receipt of complaint. i have complaint receipt.but he is not return yet after that i went to Sony Authorized service Center Tara Communications 398,civil line. Near Wilsonia college Moradabad(u.p) and ask about my television board they told me that we don\'t have your television board.then i ask them for personal no of that engineer.they deny and told me that we don\'t have id proof of our engineer.
Now tell me what i have to do? when you have engineer like girdhar bisht and you don\'t take your employee Identity proof why you give your service to customer? who took my board and not returned yet he is not more that a thief and your service is really disappointed me.give me my television circuit board back.
