SONY India - Nuisance service after the purchase of sony LCD tv

I had purchased LCD tv 32\" from Dayal Infotainment, Shop No. 37 Shipra mall, Ghaziabad, on 18.7.2009 in the name of Shraddha, Gaur Green city, Indirapuram. The owner of the shop confirmed that the delivery and installation would be done by 11-12 a.m. on 19.7.2009. By making numerous calls to shop number delivery was given on 19.7.2009 at 7 p.m. Repeatedly the assurances from shop were given that the installation would be done on 19.7.2009 even upto 11 pm but even on monday i.e. 20.7.2009 installation was not done. Myself and my wife made atleast 30 calls but they were unable to install the tv. Later on installation guy was not picking up the number. My whole sunday and monday were ruined by these guys. This is the clear case that after showroom get the full money of the product from the customer, than they take the customer for granted. Some strict action should be imposed so that the customers do not sufffer from these nuisances in future.
