I have booked online e-Ticket from Nanded to Secunderabad, but due to slow network connection e-Ticket didnt get booked.

But the amount of Rs. 772 get deducted from my SBI bank account. I didnt receive my refund back. On www.irctc.co.in website the refund status of failed transaction is showing as Refunded in Account and Approved for Refund.

i booked my train ticket in irctc on 26.9.10 and i cancelled it on 5.10.10 according to irctc they refunded money to my account maintained by indian bank but still there is no credition of ammount in my accout. so please take action for these and kindly refunded my money.
