INFORMED TO BANK ABOUT THIS AND BANK REPLY ME THAT NO REFUND IS CREDITED
TO MY CREDIT CARD FROM IRCTC, BUT WHEN I ASKED TO IRCTC THEY TOLD ME THAT
ALL THE REFUNDS ARE ALREADY GIVEN, FOR THE ABOVE TICKETS.
N THIS CASE STILL MONEY IS NOT REFUNDED TO ME
OTHERWISE I WILL GO TO THE COURT FOR JUSTICE

I, Raman Srivastav wants you to kindly look in the matter because of which not only my money got wasted but i had to face a big loss of finance in Delhi( the arrival destination).the mistake is committed by your booking clerk and she is also not ready to face the consequences.
the ticket was booked on 26th June 2010 in Gorakhdaam Express (2555) in 3 tier a.c. compartment on the name of three passengers:
NAME AGE
a. Raman Srivastav 48 yrs
b. Suman Srivastava 42 yrs
c. Anu Srivastava 20 yrs
I wanted to reach early by 28th june 2010 as my daughter had an interview which was really important for her in New Delhi and I lost a big amount of money which I gave in advance to a company in Delhi and because of not reaching on time I lost all the money.
I want you to solve this problem as soon as possible.
