IRCTC Indian Railways - Amount Refund for TDR filing on 9th Oct 2008

I have filed one TDR for one journey on 9th Oct 2008. Still i didn\'t get any refund (nearly 8 months completed). Date of journey on 8th Oct 2008, PNR No.4400256350, Train No. 3352 and Form Chennai to Kovvur.

I had so many times discussions with IRCTC cusomer care (011-23345500) and TDR department (011-23345900) and Chennai Customer Care (044-25300000). I have sent more than one remainder mails to IRCTC (care@irctc.co.in) and southern railway department.

Recently i made call to Delhi TDR department(13th July 2009). They told me that you have to contact Eastern Railway Department (033 - 22439045).

Today i made a call to this (033 - 22439045) number they are taken my details and told me that we can enquiry.

Please take up this complaint.

Dear sir,

My date of journey 20 July 2012 trian no. 17204 from pune to vadodara. I have not travelled in train then I have file the TDR. on 19 july 2012. tdr status - passenger not travelled but the train late by more than 3hrs. There is procedure if passenger is not travelled and and train is late by more than 3hrs. Full amount will be refund according to irctc. So I am please refund my full amount not half amount.
