I have booked a E-Ticket through the IRCTC services on NG Pay Payment gateway on 15th July 2009. Detail of which is as follows:

When I found that this HA1 coach is not available since a month I loadge a complain over phone to NG Pay at 6:12 & provide a alternate no. to notify me about the proceeding of my complain at 18:32. But they didn\'t call me. When I visit dimapur station at 11:00 PM there was no such coach & Chart available. When I try to check this with TC (Mr. Mazoomdaar) he said that many of such case he is facing these days due to IRCTC & No such coach is available. & even they didn\'t made the chart that\'s why I was no authrised to board the train. It creates a lot of hassels & I couldn\'t Reach Guawhati on time It causes me a lot of loss (Both Mentaaly & finacially). When Indian Railway has discontinued one of it\'s coach from the train It should notify the e-ticketing people about the same.
In the ,morning 9:30 I got a call from NG Pay stating that the coach was available as per IRCTC. I ask them to prove that on documentation as I was ther on station for that Coach only & sure that was not there with train.
Please took the necessary actions to resolve the problem & get back me on my cell.
