Dear Sir ,
I recharged my mobile number ********74 with roaming pack Rs 77.
But it does not work.
Actually i recharged this pack for roaming use.
Already this information is available at Reliance's website that is (rcom.co.in).
But when i talk to customer care he tells me that this pack is closed and can not do anything.
He totally dissatisfied me.
If recharge plan is closed then why not Reliance's website prevent me to recharge?
I recharged my mobile number on 24th Dec at 8.30 to 9.00 PM.And the plan is not working.
If this pack is closed then why not they updating this information at there's website (rcom.co.in)?
I have recharged my mobile through Reliance's website (rcom.co.in).
And this recharge is not working.
So either make return my money from Reliance or make recharge my mobile for roaming use.
Already i am in roaming that is why i am facing problem.
They not update the information and we people facing problem, and they not take care about the problems of customer.
Where is my fault sir?
If they provide wrong information of its own site then where is my fault?
Kindly return my money from Reliance.
I am facing problem and lot of more customer of its also facing problem.
