Service Provider: Reliance Communication
I have bought a new connection of Reliance Data Card 2 months ago,
And also received the bill of 417/- amount... and i had made the payment on time(16/01/2013).
But today a man came to my home in my absence and he said to my sister in law that
"Pradeep has not made the payment for my reliance data card data card no:(********00)... say to him if he will not pay then we can do something wrong with him... samja dena usko main phir aaunga type words he had used".
After that i have made a call to reliance customer care and tell them about...But they are saying that they don't have any registered reliance no.: ********00 and they can not write a complaint for the same.
I am attaching all the document i have received from reliance.

I just want to know that if no. is not registered how they send me a Bill for the same...How they give me a receipt for the same....And why a man can come to my home and give thread to my family .
Please take required action for the same... Reliance has no right for harassment of people... They have no rights to give thread to my family members... Why they do not make a direct call to me for the same if they have any concern...
Please listen recording and check all docs before taking any action.. i am writing this mail with my hope.
