I have purchased Reliance net connect+ (********62) on 03/10/2012 from 3G corporate, Padi, Chennai-50. Ph: 43864791.
After sale product, sales person (Arun-********78) haven't pick my call.

They promised me it will activate with 24 hours but it will activated after 2 days. For activation i had to done lots of calls to them and reliance customer care as well.

Still nobody came for verification and also haven't recieve any verification call from reliance customer care till date & my net connect is now disconnected due to verification process (negative verification).

Today i went at Reliance Showroom,Velachery Bypass Road,Chennai, for further submission of documents but still they refused my request for resubmission of documents and they assured me i will activate within 5 hours and you will get confirmation call form reliance customer care.

Also i haven't receive any link for antivirus (included in offer).


Kindly do needful for again activation.
