Hi,
I bought Sony Zperia ZR from online store shopping.indiatimes.com
Within five months its touch screen is not working as its screen got self broken. I went to service center. They told your phone will be replaced. I provided the original bill to them.
After almost one month they told me your bill is not valid as you have purchased it from online store. So, we can not replace your phone.
And sony service center told me that purchase date is conflicting with their record and what is provided in bill.

What the hell is this.....
