Dear Sir/ madam

I Had given my TV (model-Bravia 26EX550) to this service centre for repairing. They asked me for 10 days. still theyt havenot deliver the TV to me and it is more than 20 days. After enquiry they are telling that they have not received the ordered item which is required for repairing the TV. Again and again they are telling the same thing. So I humble request to you that kindly look into the matter.
