Me and my friend go to Sony outlet Sympony addess 3-4, Shahnai Residency A B Road Indore. Sale person told you have to go service center which placed in Yeshwant Plaza 1st Floor and meet Praveen sir. He is a incharge for the Sony Center. We go over there and meet the Praveen sir. The way to talk withus not good for me and my friend. He said the your mobile damage by drooped some where that way the back screen damage. We attached the damage pic and also attach the crack glass pic. And main this that Praveen told that the rapair cost around Rs15000/- - 16000/-. So, clear to me where our mistake. We show our faith to your company and we invest our Rs 48000/- and buy your product. You have to show some importance to such type of customer. One more thing your company person said that our company finish the warranty for every model due to some unwanted customer those come last day of warranty with your damage mobile. Sir i want that type of customer name those buy a such costly mobile and damage the mobile intensely.
