This is Tabrez Ahmed from Bangalore, Karnataka. Sir, I Recently Visited an Authorized Sony Service Center in INDIRANAGAR Bangalore. I have Purchased Sony XPERIA J 7 Months back, 2 days back water dripped on my phone mistake and got some screen blur problem but it was working fine. i took it to the service center and asked them to do a detailed check.my handset was in absolutely fine at the time of deposition. The sony technician opened the mobile did a check throughly & told me like Mother board & LCD diplay defect & need to be replace on chargeable basis,price of PCB is Rs 10000 & Display Rs 7000/-.My mobile price is Rs 14000.( does it make any sense). I asked them to give it in writing, i got dumbstuck to hear that it is againt the SONY policy to give it in writing moreover i should pay 350 rs just for the estimation cost(Horrible). here comes the twist after the check now the phone is not turning ON at all. I asked them to return it previous condition atleast they showed a very ill behavior, to this, i was so harassed about this, they din't took it seriously.
and i could see lots of people where there same frustrated as me, for one or the other cause. All being illegally charged and being not responded properly.

Now my question is if SONY AUTHORIZED SERVICE CENTER is doing this kind of cheap activities, what would be the impression on their customer?
main concern is mobile worth INR 14000 and service cost is INR 17000( UNDER WARRANTY). Just trying to get the logic here.
And should pay 350 rs just for the estimation cost(Horrible).
