COMPROMISED QUALITY, hardly been two month after i bought NOKIA LUMIA 620. its been sent to service center thrice within two months. still its with service center. moreover when you ask the center guys for their supervisor,they would refuse. and moreover you are killing your goodwill...bad product and sad service...the phone should have been changed by now..more than resolving the problem the service center believes in selling phone insurance,i was amazingly disappointed with the insurance knowledge they have more than the product knowledge. i am sure that you are ashamed of your products too.
