I purchased a Nokia Smartphone (Lumia 800) on 31st march 2012, (ESN/IMEI Number is 35********93035) within one week the headset was not working and I went to Nokia care in Ashoknagar, chennai (Akshaya Telecom) and they took a request for replacing the Headset and it took 12 days for them to replace the Headset but still the audio jack was not working and also the GPRS was not getting connected so they asked me to give the phone for Master Service the Service on 17th May 2012 , the Job Sheet Number is (********0/120517/01) they took 15 days to repair my phone. Again within 10 days the phone speaker & GPRS was not working and again I have given the phone for master service in Nokia care Ashoknagar, chennai (Akshaya Telecom) the Job Sheet Number is (********0/120716/25). I am really frustrated with this phone. Within 4 months I have given 3 times for service. I need a replacement of New phone or refund of money.
