I bought Lumia 625 on dated 28/08/2013, from the very first day it kept getting switch off every now & then, now the situation is that this bad it is getting switch off in every 5 minutes or so. This is totally unethical of this company i spent Rs 20,000 in this phone & it is not working properly for 1 week. It is very disappointing as the amount i spent is almost unaffordable for me. I need some strong steps to be taken on urgent basis and need the replacement of this phone with a total new phone or request you to return 100% of my money back to me ASAP, as th phone is only 6 days old. i don't want to use a phone that got into the service center in its very first week. Scan copy of invoice has been attached for your reference. WANT A NEW PHONE OR 100% MONEY BACK
