I had purchased handset from M/s Mobile House (P) Ltd vide BillNo.8783 Dtd.30/8/10 From the very beginning the Mobile was not working Properly,I contacted the concern dealer,he refused to cooperate with me,then i visited service centre M/s Visionway Communication,since upto now my handset has been repaired 2 times,again on 15th December i again 3rd time deposited my handset and the service centre M/s Visionway Communication assured me that they will get replaced my handset this time latest by 22.12.2010 but until now they are not giving me any clear information.I had contacted nokia customer care through mails & through telephonic talks but they are not giving me any response.I had complainted through complaint no.1/113********,Dtd.24/12/10,now i need support from your side to get refund as their commitments are fraud and they poor service.And i am not intrested to use nokia handset.
