my shop is registered in itc system as a name of karan karyana store ,ajnala road,amritsar.punjab.in august 2015, i have receiving payout app.14000 but now on invoice only 1800 pts shown on invoice. but i have not recieved any money or any stock in case of payout. i cannot understand who is responsible for it either company or distributor , salesman. 3 salesman visiting on my shop but nobody help to explain. i cannot recieve any payout. i send image of bill of august which shows points /cash 14853pts. in another bill closing pts840 only. who deducts my points. that is fraud with me i reach to consumer court if company take no action within a week. i have six displays and 3 windows for only sunfeast biscuit. please take strict action otherwise it is permanent lose of customers like me .customer code 945. mobile no. ********93, ********65.
