i am running a general store at the address mentioned above and is also a member of itc first club program which is meant for exclusive stores.I am contacting the itc representative Mr amit sharma ,Mr ankit thakur from last 6-7 days to collect the form of itc for the redemption.But each and every time he says that he will make sure that the form is picked that day itself.but till yet the form has not been collected.I faced this problem earlier also but no resolution was done.


with reference to the above complain to itc done on 7/11/2013.today itc representative amit sharma sent a person to collect the form so i just called him to enquire about the delivery of the form to him and he started talking abusively saying"tu okhaad kya lega mera" and used bad words.i also have the recording of the call in which he talked abusively to me.also he abusively said me"tu meri naukry hatwaa dega" and other slang words.is this the kind of language they speak to the retailers.i can also send you the recording of the call.
