I purchased Nokia 5230 an year ago and it used to hang and i gave to Nokia care in Gole Market, New Delhi. They gave me a jobsheet number 222433527/101227/40 on 27 Dec..My phone was still in warantee period. Thety did not repair my phone and i had to call them so many times and finally when i shouted they gave my phone after 20 days..They said it will be replaced but when i went there they said they have repaired but it was not.. i have submitted the phone again but now the warantee period is lapsed..I want my phone repaired plzzz help..the nokia care people do not seem to do anything. New jobsheet number 110112/48. I am facing a lot of difficulty with this. I did not expect this from Nokia.
