Hi,
Regarding the complaint 27086, I requested your executive to provide me services from local Nokia care instead of taking my handset to the Palakkad , Kerala – where I initially repaired.
I received a call from Chennai – Medavakkam Nokia care and they requested me to bring the handset over there to check for the problems and provide an estimate to fix it.
Once I reach Nokia Care Medavakkam Chennai, your executive looked into my handset and to my surprise – He replied that the Phone’s screen has been replaced with a duplicate screen from NOKIA CARE – PALAKKAD.
I have taken the screen shot of my phone’s comparing with an original Nokia 920 piece from NOKIA CARE, Medavakkam Chennai – Attached the same for your reference.
Medavakkam Nokia care too has taken a complaint against this.
I am writing this demanding a solution from you – For all the problems and inconvenience caused by you.
• First, I trusted NOKIA CARE Service – Hence walked into Nokia Care - Aagnus Mobile care @ Palakkad – when my phone got a problem.
• Second thing is that, I am aware of the point – Physical damages cannot be covered under warranty – So I paid 12,000 INR when asked for a phone screen/spare replacement.
• I also confirmed from the executive at Nokia care – Palakkad that, this could be serviced or repaired at any other Nokia care around the country – For Ex: Chennai
• But, after replacing screen new problems emerge and when I approached Nokia Care – Medavakkam , they refused take my handset for repair and was telling us to go to Palakkad to get my issue fixed.
• Finally after a long battle with all the nokia executives – They asked to bring the handset – For me to hear that IT WAS REPLACED WITH A DUPLICATE SCREEN /SPARE FROM A TRUSTED NOKIA CARE DEALER
Now what would be reply from Nokia for my below questions:
1. How can I trust the Phone which I have in my hand now as a 32k Worth or a duplicate totally ?
2. What Nokia has to reply back for the money Which I spent on repairing it @ Aagnus Palakkad ? – Will that be returned ?
3. How could I Still trust nokia – Even after getting it repaired now from NOKIA CARE – Medavakkam or Taramani Or wherever in Chennai – I cannot trust this – since I had a great bad experience in this part ?
4. Will nokia provide me a new phone replace for this ?
Reply from Nokia for this mail ASAP, Will make me decide and act upon applying/demanding a legal explanation for all the inconvenience and distress caused.
