I purchased nokia lumia 720 in june 2013.On the 2nd of july the software crashed.I took it to the nokia care centre who said that there was a virus in the system & software has to be uploaded. I got my mobile back after two days.All applications had to be installed again.Again the mobile stopped working on 5th sept.I took it to the centre which took 10 days saying that software has been corrupted.I was subsequently told on the 15th of september that there was moisture in the mobile??Now I do not know why there would be moisture in the mobile.Again the mobile hanged on 28th sept & the nokia care centre refused to give us service saying there was moisture in the phone.Surprisingly the staff in the front end communicated to me very freely that they would repair the hand set at a cost with a guarantee but they would not send it to the company on company warranty.This is really strange.They keep my handset for 10 days and inform me of moisture.Look at the set's history.There have been problems associated with the software ever since I bought it.This is the first time I purchased an expensive mobile,smartphone and most including my husband recommended Samsung ,but I have used Nokia so I stuck to my choice,but this experience has been horrible.I need to get this handset repaired and if not than exchanged otherwise I am now ready to take up a battle with this company for the way they misguide their customers for their own shortcommings.I am not going to pay the service centre which says pay us but we shall not take your mobile on warranty.Importantly they have not even shown me the Job sheet,and they gave no reference number to quote for further complaints till this tuesday 01.10.13.Pls advise.
