NOKIA CARE - I am not satisfied with nokia care service center Cuttack

I would like to draw your notice towards the negligence and harassment of Nokia care Cuttack that I had a Nokia Asha-300 mobile IMEI No-3532********894.After the completion of guarantee period, my phone didn’t respond to memory card while other functions are intact. I put forth this trouble to the Nokia care named as m/s. Jagannath Entr. Dolamundai, Cuttack-753001 on dated 02.01.2014 token no-663 & problem in handset was memory card format while open memory. I was ready to receive my phone in right order by paying Rs 1250/- as per their demand in receipt. But at the time of delivery date I came to know that either I have to receive my phone in totally inactive condition (dead) or otherwise pay Rs 2800/- to get it in right condition with a new mother board. I was not in a condition to pay Rs 2800/- but want to receive my phone repair. After 3 times visit repeatedly I got harassing words from the manager Mr Nayak. Still now neither they are responding to me nor they are ready to return my mobile in right condition.

Complainant's Goal: They are giving me dead mobile but I want my good mobile by giving 1250/- as per

ABEY TO JAKE SAMSUNG LE LE .. KYA YAHAN BAITH K ANSU BAHA RAHA HAI .. AS IF THEY CARE HUH
