Cadbury India - No color change of panda toy in gems surprise

Dear sir,
Recently i have bought Gems surprise for my 3 years old son..
Due to your advertisement for “COLOR CHANGING PANDA” this GEMS surprise is in huge demand in children……
But after getting this after a long battle of search ,it was a very disappointing to see that panda color not changes..
this happen not a single time but TWICE……..
so it is a total waste of money..
i would suggest to kindly solve my query or have to returns the money i have wasted for this PANDA..
Its very difficult to console little children like my son when they see nothing happen to the panda after dipping in ice cold water too……
I hope u will look into this query soon

i too bought gems only for color changing panda... but my panda's colour is not changing.. feeling so sad :( please tell me how to do it... :( :( :(

I have aloso purchased the Gems having color changing Panda for my Son.
I have a very good experiance with it.
The Color of the Panda changes magically green to red and again Red to green in hot and cold atmosphere.
Very very nice toy.

Dear sir,
I have the scientist panda and it changes colour very nicely. Just follow the instructions and see that the water is below 5 degree Celsius.

Even I got 3 gems ball and found that color of panda is not changing , racer panda , hiphop panda .. we are very sad to see our children sad face
