I am writing this after being so frustrated with Cadbury's India products where in at a point of time it was my favourite.

I still do not understand how come a chocolate gets spoiled before the expiry (Not just before, i mean 6 months before the expiry).

Before i go into details this is not my first experience as such, i have faced it many times but felt that’s ok.

Now this time i brought 3 chocolates and out of them 2 were seriously spoiled. I do have them with me (Including the wrapper).

Last week, i brought a Cadbury Temptations Rum Raisins & a Cadbury's Bourneville Cranberry and a Roasted almond too.

Well, there where the problem started. Roasted almond is perfectly fine. However, the other two chocolates were spoiled and i can find that they were not expired. I took these to shopkeeper to get a replacement and they told they cannot give as they should bear the loss.

The quality of these two chocolates was very bad and once cannot have these at all.

I am sure after having chocolates like these, one would fall sick.

When there's a quality assurance team that checks quality for every FMCG product , i still do not understand how this got spoiled and unfortunately kept for sale in the market.

Any food related product should follow the guidelines as per law and then only should be released in the market. I am not sure how many more chocolates like these were there in the market and i am also unsure on how many people were taking this issue seriously.

For me its a very serious issue as this would affect the consumers health.

I am going to Sue Cadbury's India for this and would make it public by informing this to Media.

I can Compromise on any thing but not on one's health and even after so many issues being escalated on Cadbury's, people still go for it coz they love these.

You guys there were playing with consumers in the market by not following any standards.

Let us face each other in court of law.
