On 1st july i bought Caburys dairy milk for my 4 year old daughter from a local shop here at nagpur bearing code Hi0326 Pkd 03/11 A1 .but sadly when we opened the wrap we found it covered with fungus .My child was about to take a bite of it when my elder son saw something white onthe bar.On touching i realised it was fungus.we love your Chocolates And are always sure of its Quality .This is the first time I had such a bad experience
My daughter is Great fan of Dairy Milk but this incident has put me in a very weird situation SHOULD I CONTINUE TO GIVE MY CHILDREN CADBURYS PRODUCT . Cadbury is the only brand of which I have been given since my childhood .Our day started with a cup of hot bounvita milk.Now we continued with the same trend with our kids.Being a loyal follower of your brand it is my duty to bring to your notice such a bad experience.And of course I expect a proper reply for the same .

I had a similar experience. In a recent trip to Bidar Fort in Karnataka, we bought a Cadbury Dairy Milk from a local bakery store in Bidar. When we opened the wrapper, we found white tiny eggs on it. Initially, I thought it's frozen milk, later found out it was white fungus.
Felt sick and puked. After the incident, I am confused whether I should continue taking my once-favourite chocolate.

I have buy 30 chocolates(silk). From reliance store and from which one chocolate CODE NO:H31017,Pkd: 10/13 Mrp:55/- Bar Code :********12421.when i opened that chocolate we found it covered with fungus.... Very true even i also feel the same i love tooo eat cadbury only...but i faced this thing twice....today i got new year gift its cadbury celebratins RICH DRY FRUIT box...even square one is havin Fangus...first time i compliant but no respone for ur side...i m very dissappointed :)..please improve ur product...as i love cadbury a lot,...please now take my suggestions.waiting for ur respone...
