Recently i have bought Gems surprise for my 3 years old son..
Due to your advertisement for “COLOR CHANGING PANDA†this GEMS surprise is in huge demand in children……
But after getting this after a long battle of search ,it was a very disappointing to see that panda color not changes..
this happen not a single time but TWICE……..
so it is a total waste of money..
i would suggest to kindly solve my query or have to returns the money i have wasted for this PANDA..
Its very difficult to console little children like my son when they see nothing happen to the panda after dipping in ice cold water too……
I hope u will look into this query soon
you have to drop panda in water that's tempreature is below than 15 c

i have purchased 2 gems balls till now..there was a cute panda in first ball..but in 2nd ball ..i found punched panda...its just flat strip of plastic...plz replace that if possible..
If the panda does not change its colour means your cold water is not below 15 degrees....or you need a hot water..but some gems ball pandas do not change their colour .I have 22 total pandas of them, I have 12 colour changers... all of them change their colour but my 1st Pirate Panda does not change its colour but some parts of it change their colour but my 2nd Pirate Panda
change its whole colour.....

yes i too feel that.i dont like your cadbury's new collections but all of us like only your old collections like doctor panda,superman panda,cook panda,etc.
i too feel that the pandas we buy doesnot resemble a panda.i need the old models of pandas like the doctor,cook,superman,etc.
hello Padmavathi even there are chances that your children can brake it and the lotion can go away an they can stick it with feviquik and it cannot change its colour. your childrens can fool you next time be careful before complaintig ok.
dont dip , put 1 or 2 mins in deep ice water
Yes, color of panda didnot changed even in my case. Ad companies make fool of people just to increase their sale. There is no restriction on this.

I too bought two colour changing pandas for my children, but they have not changed the colour. my children have got very much disappointed. we are very upset with that......
i bought a gems panda for after seeing the color changing video. but the panda color was not changed. so disappointed lot. so dont give this type of advertisement. if it is possible only u can give add. dont fake
Sir, I hope you know that we can't change its colour in normal water, we need to change its colour with cold water. The water should be Almost around cold drink temperature, maybe you have done it normal water.
