I was expecting quicker reply from customer support, but unfortunately I am disappointed.
I am frequent buyer of Next for its quality of service and customer care. But this time I am deeply disappointed with the response.
The Next Shop @ Satar Plaza Vashi & Customer care is checking my patience level.
I have personally visited @ Vashi branch for the issue with the product many times & also over the phone.Both way the Team their is not responding and delaying over all procedures.
Issue in Short.
"I went to purchased Samsung GT-E2652 White color handset @ NEXT-VASHI SATARA PLAZ MUMBAI on 16/07/2011. After reviewing Demo Handset & the product I made payments and open the box at shop (bill No: 33********, Amt: 4434.00). However the box contained Metallic Silver colored handset instead of white handset. I show disagreement to accept the Silver Color Handset. I request to provide replacement & waited for more than 15 days by submitting the original Metallic Silver handset. The Manager Mr Mukesh agreed to arrange for White handset in 3 day.We continuously did followup for but he failed to provide the purchased product & refuse refund.
I was deeply disappointed with the Customer Service for not providing the committed services & denial of the refund claims even though we
provided him and given adequate time for arranging the replacement."
I have raised the issue with my Banker & raised dispute. Banker is agreed to process charge back claim. Banker asked me to submit the Handset to the Shop and get the written statement. Now I am clueless how to go ahead and close the matter. Customer Support id no responding & as usual Vashi Next shop is not entertaining me.
Kindly advice quick actionable on this issue.
