I had recently bought a Samsung LCD 40" from this showroom. Firstly they provided me a demo piece, which ws not sealed. They promised to replace it, but didnot.
Then in 2 days they had to change some parts of the LCD.
Even after repeated reminders they have not provided me with a base plate.
Mr. Amit who takes good care of customers before he/she buys a product has turned a deaf ear once the product is sold.
Such an attitude is totally unacceptable of a big showroom like this.
