NEXT showroom dealers in my area is not responding to customers well.
i purchased a onida airconditioner in netcash payment from next showroom dealer which is located near my area(pattabiram)address mentioned below.

my friend too purchased the same a.c. according my suggestion. but he purchased in EMI Basis.
during purchasing they said EMI schemes with two options of intial payment. in that we r satisfied with scheme of less intial payment and so we bought a a.c. in that scheme itself. but after a month they r saying that ur scheme was cancelled and so u have to pay extra amount immediately according to another scheme.

me and my friend went to enquire regarding this issue about the scheme.
during that time dealers not responded well.
we argued with them, and at that time one of the dealer used abuse and unparliamentary words and said us to go out of the showroom.they mentioned that " no need of ur money and we will come to ur home and will take the product".
finally me and my friend shouted on the store and went to near by police station.
one of police man came with me , spoked with them and solved the problem.
