I booked a flat in Panchsheel Green noida and got a gift voucher of washing machine worth Rs. 6500/-

On 10th Oct, 2014, I bought a LED TV of Videocon and Next store told me the Price Rs. 17,000/-, after deduction of Rs. 6500/- they should charge Rs. 10,500/- but they swiped my card for Rs. 11,500/- and gave a excuse that TV cost is Rs. 18,000/- . They gave me deposit slip of Rs. 11,500/- (attached with this mail)

I asked the proper Invoice then Next Store Manager Ajay Kant Tripathi said ki this deposit slip is enough. Later on i came to know that Invoice value is less and they are doing some internal fraud and cheating the customers.

In November, when I pushed so much they provided a forged Invoice (Copy attached), on which serial number is not matching and they corrected it manually. Further this bill issued in November while i bought TV in October.
Moreover TV cost is 16,500/- while they charged 18,000/- from me.

I want to bring in your notice that these are serious cheating cases going on Next Store.

Kindly look into the matter.
