This is regarding my final settlement amount for my MTS dongle No ********26;
For my closure complaint no: 3362613; given on 30th March;
I WAS CHARGED EXTRA BY MTS SO I REFUSED THE PAYMENT.
LATER I RECEIVED A SMS FROM MTS STATING:
SMS LANGUAGE FROM MTS S BELOW:
Please confirm on email that 248/- is my final due after which my account will be finally settled and I will not receive and further bills as my account is closed;
MTS is NOT SENDING EM THE SAME CONFIRMATION ONE MAIL;
I WILL NOT PAY ANYTHING TO MTS ABOVE 248/- TILL 26TH APRIL.
IF MTS DOES NOT SEND EM EMAIL FOR FULL AND FINAL AMOUNT OF 248/- BY 25TH APRIL, I WILL NOT PAY ANYTHING TO MTS AS MY BILL SI WRONG.
Complainant's Goal: WRONG BILL GIVEN BY MTS DESPITE MY DISCONNECTION OF DATA CARD.
