My name is Suresh, i had given a Cheque for ECS payments to my MTS Mblaze account. The MDN Number is ********24 . Apart from the internet bill , ECS DR Return charges or getting deducted from my account for the last year it was upto 800 rupees and today it was 4500 rupees.
Iam not using the MTS Mblaze internet from last 1 year still 5300 rupees has been deducted towards ECS DR Return Charges.
I asked MTS online help service to generate my bill , they replied NO BILL CAN BE GENERATED. But my 4400 rupees has been deducted by you without using the connection.I have tried to contact customer care but iam not able to connect.Could you please tell me what i have to do to get my money back to my account and what i have to do to stop all ECS Payments to my account .I asked to bank also to stop Ecs payment but they said that this should be done from your end .
