I purchased MTS MBlaze datacard on 14th Jan 13 and it was promised that it will give internet speed of 3.1mbps but fact is it is only giving 30kbps of speed. I called them several times and registered my complaint and people used to tell that it will be resolved in these many days but nothing happened till now,Now customer care is not receiving my calls any more and the call to the customer care is chargeable.
I was also given 6gb of data with purchase that is complete waste now.

It is a wastage of my money and time.

Please do something in this regard, either ask them to give me promised speed or my complete money back.
