Appreciate Matrix sim cards for doing that extra bit so that i could connect with my daughter in UK. We had got my daughter a matrix student plan so that she would be connected with us right after she reached her university. Really like their idea of an itemised monthly billing stating all details very clearly with other add-ons. But i would like to highlight one thing from their end which i havent exppereinced with any other such service provider and that weould be getting us connected to her after our relentless eforts to get through her number. It was kind of matrix' support team to have arranged that call for us in an hour when i was panicking since i couldnt get thru her. Thank You team. Will always appreciate what you did.
