Matrix Sim Cards have decent services --- We had bought a matrix international sim card to use in Europe. Alothough I had given my credit card details as security but wanted to clear off the bill with a cheque. I requested the sales guy Ronit if this could be possible without getting double charged on both the card as well as the chq. He assured me that they would keep the card only for security purpose, but would not charge the bill on the same. We enjoyed Europe and having a matrix sim proved more helpful. It was more than convenient just to carry one number across 5 countries and with good connectivity in all. I think my entire bill was within 40Euros for which I landed up paying by chq and was glad that they didn’t charge the amount to my credit card. Really appreciate them keeping their word for the same.
