Matrix Cellular customer support team --- We were using a matrix international sim in Germany and it happened suddenly that we decided to extend our stay for another few days while the plan we took was only for 15 days.  So we called the customer care to check if we could continue using the number without any disruption, and Ria was the one we spoke to said, that she will put in an extension request on the number so that the services wont be disrupted. I’d like to othank the matrix team for not being stuck up like other services and helped us conveniently. Like their services as well, were pretty smooth J
