This is Kamal i am really disappointed with the product which i bought with nokia. I bought this headset on 27th July 2013. after some time i am facing multiple issues
with the hand set.
1 - no out going voice during call.
2 – Turn ON OR OFF ISSUE
3 – Battery charging issue
i have submitted the handset two time at your Nokia care center at Hotline communications, Karolbagh, New Delhi ,
Reference no. is 104433527/130801/12 & 104433527/130806/13
I was visited at Nokica care center. I had submitted my handset on 01st Aug 2013 at Nokia care, , Karol bagh, Delhi for the mic issue They told me its need to upgrade the software for MIC problem. They updated software in full day and returned back handset to me.
And same day at night, I have turned off this handset, when I try to turn on at next morning than handset didn’t turn ON. I have try to turn on this handset from 2nd Aug to 5th Aug. at last this handset get ON at 6th Aug than I have found battery not getting charge so once again re-visit at NOKIA care center and submitted my handset with issue (Battery charging issue & phone not getting on after trun off)
Every one day after i called them ,I ask about handset status. They always replied me it’s in observation.
I want ask them I have spent 18000/- to get a repaired handset.... now i am in trouble..i think I need to a consumer court so that i can get justice their and people like me can’t be fooled by NOKIA.

Complainant's Goal: Pls change this Handset and provide me new handset or get my money Back

Voice outgoing pro lem since my purchase sent it to nokia care Bt they didn't repair anything n 1 month set nokia 720 was in their hand.i mm dissapointed .i dnt knw whre to go now?
