southern railway - Inconvinience Caused by Indian Railway travel

I have booked train 12692 ,Chennai express from bangalore to chennai and date of travel is 23/02/2011 and pnr number is 4124675386 with S11 Coach and berth 24 alloted to me.
When I have boarded the train eventually I have seen that most of the berths are filed with dust of more than a 1 inch and complained to Ticket collector(S Selva kumar(TTE/MAS/BGI).He called SBC Commercial control but no action was taken.And even the fan was not working.
I had to clean my berth by myself for over 30mins as the dust was not going at all and had to sleep in the same berth .
TC has attested the same for the inconvinience caused.

Complainant's Goal: I want action to be to be taken for the inconvinience and want my money back.
