I am a regular commuter in Suburban train Between Gudvanchery and Park station, in First Class. Mostly I never get a seat because its all occupied by railway employees. I feel really frustrated because, we pay such a huge amount for travelling comfortably in First Class, but it is enjoyed by Railway employees at our cost. Ticket checker rarely comes and when he sees SRMU ID card in their pockets, he doesnt even ask them to show their tickets or pass. Most of these railway employees who travel are labourers, hence I am 100% sure that they are not entitled to travel in First class. This is injustice and unfair. Hence request the authorities to please take some action.

It is true that First class coaches in the Suburban Service are more crowded than ordinary class. We the public pay huge amount to purchase the ticket but find no place to sit. Will Southern Railway look into this issue.
