I have a prepaid no ********53 and this no is in roaming right now. This number is register on the name of Sumit Kumar,New Delhi. I got some service messages and without any response the services get activated and balance get deducted. These type of things happen so many times. I got a message around 2 A.M in the morning in my mobile. I read that message in the morning and another message was your request proceed. I saw the message in the morning then how the service get activated without replying. When i was trying to send message of UNSUB for the service, the message get failed. I have to call customer care for deactivating the service. After that, If asked for the balance they put me on hold and didn't pick the call again. So many times my phone on hold till 20-25 min and finally i have to cut call from my side. If i call them back and want to talk with there seniors then they again put my call again on hold and the same scenario they didn't response. If I told them to transfer my call for balance refund department your executives response that out system failed, so you can call after 5 hours.

The behaviors of your CCE is not acceptable, unsatisfactory and very very non professional. Thats why i drop this email. I have called so many time but they din't response properly and put the call on hold again and again. Idea giving new ideas to their CCE to irritate there customers now. If I asked the name of CCE with whom i talked last. His name is Vikam ... May be the name he told wrong but I was using idea since last 6-7 years but the services of idea going in worst. In last 15 days, I have recharged my no so many times. You can check my no ********80 in record that what complaints and how many number of times i tried to contact and they put the calls on hold all the time.
