I have idea's connection that is ********92, now this is prepaid but earlier it was post paid & from last 3 years i m using this no.In month of august last year i went one of your franchise store in janak puri(vishal telecom) for p to p my connection.One lady is sitting their & also franchise owner(vishal),she told me sir if u want to convert you connection so we need some documents with sim charges 75 rs. i have paid this amount & go back to my home.next day i called up in customer care & ask to your excutive abount sim charges i was shocked when i heared that there are no charges for sim in your case.I went vishal telecom again & told to the lady excutive that u are making fool of your customer same i got my money back with lots of excuses.now i have booked a complaint over the phone at your customer care(comp. no-1-12045674215,10:00 a m,01/03/2011) for wrong deduction but yet i did not get my balance & my balance was deducte two times.I m also belongs from service industry & i know very well importace of customer service but i think idea is not scared for consumers.Hope anybody see this mail & respond me
