I am dissatisfied with the service of which was purchased with cash on September 7, 2011, that was used to buy a full-return ticket Bahrain - Manila on a December 7, 2011. I received an electronic confirmation booking reference when I had paid the full amount of the ticket on September 7, 2011. On December 6, I received a confirmation email from Gulf Air, therefore I tried to check-in the system, but zi received an error several times. I also received an e-mail from Gulf Air Trip Reminder on December 6, 2011 at 21:25.
As required, I went to the Bahrain International Airport 2 hours before flight, because the ticket was requiring to be present at least 1 hour and 30 minutes before flight. As I was on the checking-in counter, the personal shocked me by saying my ticket that was booked 3 months ago was not O.K. I did not believe that I may board the flight by chance, which is unacceptable if I had paid by cash months before the flight would take place and that I was present at the airport 2 hours before recommended time to be at the airport. I have done everything right and I have received unacceptable treatment from Gulf Air, and I am not satisfied or mediocre about the treatment Gulf Air poorly handled.
