Gulf Air - Delayed/Missing Baggage

Hi,
my complaint is regarding missing and delayed luggage. I flew with my family, 4 people in all, and we have 4 bags missing for past 2 days. Today I came to know that two bags have been found and two are still missing.
I just want to know what is the compensation policy for international flights if the luggage goes missing or delayed. I cant find the policy on Gulf Air website, which is pretty strange.
