This complaint is in reference to Ph No: ********33. I regret having taken the idea connection because since then I am having problems. I took this connection on 25 January 2011 and paid a cheque for an amount of Rs 700/- towards the same. My cheque(chq no: 0822967) cleared my bank on 2 February 2011. Since 25 January 2011, the services to this telephone number keeps on getting disconnected. I cannot make outgoing calls and whenever I speak to the customer care they say that they have not received my payment. I have to give a call to Mr. Naresh dargan every other day to recontinue the services. I fail to understand that if my bank says the payment is cleared and the money is out from it, where did it go.

I am sick of talking again and again to your inefficient customer service and would like to report this incident as harrasment from the side of Idea Cellular Ltd.

If you still cannot do anything, i would request you to please return my cheque, my money and take back this connection.

I would rather be with another service provider who knows how to do their job.
