Good experience with the customer service --- My colleagues and I were travelling to US and we all got a matrix sim card each.  While we were very happy with sharing our numbers with our families before flying out, but none of our numbers worked when we landed there. My number wasnt registering on any network.  I emailed their customer centre expecting to receive a response after  a day, but was pretty surprised to receive a response within half and hour with step by step instructions of registering on a network. Well having followed the instructions, my phone started working along with others and was happy to receive a call from my wife. I have to say, that i have never seen such quick and speedy response from any customer care. Thanks Matrix!
