I am a wedding photographer and for my recent assignments in Malaysia, I chose to use Matrix Sim Cards, than depend on payphones or obtaining a prepaid sim card on getting there. I had opted for their data services as I had to stay connected all the time even while I was shooting (comes with the job).. I had always used a prepaid sim card whenever I needed to, but their data services and voice services always turned out to be very expensive. So this time was my first time with Matrix. Once I got to Malaysia, I had no issues switching from my Vodafone network to Malaysian Network. Although there were instances where I had no data connectivity for which I called their customer care center and informed them about the problem, which according to them were network lags. Still he asked me reboot my phone to see if that helped. I guess the data worked fine, I usually used it for sharing pics via whatsapp and emails. Basically to sum up the whole thing, whoever says Matrix is a not a good choice, pls use their services for yourself and be the judge. They worked absolutely fine for me
