Excellent local support --- We had bought an international sim card from matrix for London for about 25 days. When we got there, the sim card was giving us issues with catching network and despite full signals we couldn’t make calls. So we got in touch with their customer care over a call and explained the constant network trouble we were facing. Rahul (support guy) took us through the process of setting the network manually and emailed the process since it required switching off the phone. We followed the process and waited for him to call back. He did and also the network trouble was resolved. Thanks team matrix for the excellent support that you guys extended.
